Traffic warning - Beverley Knight, 24 November

We would like to advise customers attending Beverley Knight's performance at City Hall on 24 November, that the roads into Salisbury and all car parks in the centre will be extremely busy due to the Christmas Lights Switch On event.

We advise all customers to allow plenty of time to travel to City Hall as journeys may take longer than normal.

Information we have been given by Salisbury City Council:

Service changes will be in place between 6pm and 8pm during the Christmas Lights Switch due to Blue Boar Row being closed to traffic

Bus route changes:
X3 – Into Salisbury via Churchill Way South, Churchill Way East, Bourne Hill, Rollestone Street.
2 - Into Salisbury and terminate at Castle Street (Tesco).
X5 – Into Salisbury to Castle Street roundabout then via Churchill Way North, Estcourt Road, Bourne Hill to Salisbury bus station.
Red1 - (from Bemerton Heath) to St Pauls Roundabout then via Churchill Way North, Estcourt Road, Bourne Hill, Rollestone Street to bus station. Then outbound via Salt Lane, Rollestone Road, Brown Street then resume normal route.
Red 2 - Outbound departures will go from Salisbury bus station stand A/B then normal route. Inward journeys will be via Rollestone Street then normal route. Inbound will go via Rollestone Street to terminate at bus station.
Red 3 - Inbound to terminate at Castle Street (Tesco).
Red5 – Outbound to depart from bus station stand A/B via Salt Lane, Rollestone Street,
Brown Street then resume normal route.
Red 6 - Inbound via Scots Lane, Endless Street, Salt Lane, Rollestone Street and will
terminate at the bus station.
